The Rose Way Residence is set on an inlet of Mecox Bay. Plantings include native bayberry and shadblow which ground the architecture and integrate it into the neighboring landscape. A matrix of purple flowering perennials and drought resistant grasses creates a plant pallete that dynamically changes throughout the seasons. The use of grass-pave parking provides overflow parking for guests while reducing the perceived hardscape.
